I like this device because

"I like this device because it will calm down the nerve that gives migraines, even though I don’t have migraines I have neuropathy it will still calm down that trigemenal nerve what I don’t like. Is that since I have severe dry skin, I tend to always put my creams on then I remember oh I can’t use the device because I just put cream on other than that The machine is great. It does its job."

The app is truly awful

"So the electrodes lose their stickiness after the first use. The app, though, is the absolutely buggiest, worthless thing about this device. It automatically goes into acute or preventative without input. And then cannot be changed. It constantly loses connection to the device. It's bad. I can't recommend it, even though when it works out it does help. But the frustration level is through the roof"

"Website was very difficult, wouldn't load or make it easy to purchase. Find the device causes more pain than relief."

Electrodes don't work.

"The electrodes for the device do not work after being used once. I just bought brand new electrodes. The device only worked properly on the first use of each electrode. After that they dont transmit and the device is very weak. You also can only use cefaly electrodes, and at 10 dollars an electrode they should work."

Doesn't work for long enough for the cost.

"It helps but does not replace medication. Unfortunately I have had to return it and have to pay for a replacement as after only just over 2 years it no longer works very well. If the new one does the same thing i won't be replacing it again."

"Je mets une étoile car je suis très mécontente du service client de Cefaly Europe. J'ai commandé deux lots d'éléctrodes, pour un total de 50€, puis je n'ai jamais reçu le mail de confirmation de ma commande ni le mail de suivi de colis. J'ai donc attendu patiemment en me disant que je serai tenue au courant de l'expédition. Un mois après je leur envoie un mail pour dire que je n'ai rien reçu et pas de nouvelle de ma commande et on me dit qu'il est trop tard pour faire un recours puisque j'avais jusqu'à 10jours après l'expédition pour pouvoir envoyer une plainte. Facile à dire puisque je n'ai rien eu comme info sur l'expédition. Depuis, le service client ne me répond plus, ce qui est très désagréable et qu'ils n'ont pas de numero où les joindre. Alors l'appareil est bien pour apaiser les crises de migraines, et c'est pour ça que je voulais de nouvelle éléctrodes, mais je suis vraiment mécontente que l'on ne réponde pas à mes multiples mails et je n'ose pas recommander chez eux car il est possible que les choses se passent de la même manière et que je perde encore 50€."
